Special needs

We are committed to making DDD16 an accessible and welcoming event. During registration,we will gather information from delegates about their accessibility and special needs. The Inclusivity Chair will be responsible for ensuring that the conference is accessible to all.
The conference venue is a modern, state-of-the-art facility that caters to a student population with a wide range of needs. The building is physically accessible, with wheelchair access to all rooms and accessible toilets on every level. Every teaching space either has an electric ormanual height adjustable table, and a hearing augmentation system is provided throughout the building. We will designate a quiet room for those needing to rest.
For those unable to attend the conference because of special needs, a provision for remote attendance via video conferencing will be realised.
